Smoking

Cigerattes is really bad for yourself, I know that, you know that too.

 

What if one day, I just want to try it and ask you for the lighter, what would you do? You would say "no", you would list down all the consequences that might happen to me.

 

You are worried for my future, what about yours? Your future is more important than mine. We are worried about your future too, and you are worried about ours.

 

How about helping each other achieving their goals? You only live once, live full of it. I know with determination, you can quit smoking. Go Mr. Jones, you can do it!!!

 

Mr. Jones, this is dedicated to you only. I know you said that you can't quit smoking, I hope this help.

TIPS ON HOW TO QUIT SMOKING:

1. Choose a day to quit smoking before two or three weeks before it take place. Slowly cut down on the amount of cigarettes you smoke one day. Avoid going places, where you used to come to smoke.

2. The day you want to quit smoking, keep yourself busy. Put all of the cigarettes packets in the trash can. 

3. Even though there are still some nicotine substitutions like chewin gum or veneers can help you quit smoking, you still have to try your best to resist the temptation of smoking.

4. Don't ever dare yourself to smoke, not even a single cigarette.

5. Always tell yourself not to give up and go smoking.

6. Find help, for example, a rehab programme, if you think it's necessary.
